We are guided by Mark 16:15 NIV. He said unto them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. This is what we do. We bring hope, truth, and the gospel to all who are eager to listen.
Who Started DMBRLA?
DMBRLA was founded by Brother Steve. A member of the Baton Rouge community. And a faithful, devoted Bible student. He received the love of God one day as a university student majoring in marketing. After studying the Bible for 15 years, he decided to start an online ministry and a Gospel streetwear brand. It has been an exciting journey pursuing his spiritual calling in life. His goal is to reach a million+ people with the love of the Gospel. DMBRLA is a Christian Gospel centered ministry.
One-verse evangelism is the method we use:
We breakdown Bible verses. Such as John 3:16, 2 Corinthians 5:17, and Romans 12:2 to share the gospel with people.
Here is Part 1: Hearing the gospel: John 3:16 explained.
The Verse:
”For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16 NIV. The verse is called the Gospel in a nutshell.
Breakdown of the Verse:
“For God so loved the world“- this means God loves everyone. Believers and non-believers. In the Bible it says, God is love. His love is for everyone.
“that he gave his one and only Son” – this means God (Yahweh) showed his love by sending his Son to live with us. Teach us and die for our sins.
”that whosoever believes in him” – this means by having faith in Jesus (Yahshua), we can receive salvation.
“shall not perish but have eternal life” – this means when we believe in his Son we are saved from spiritual death (eternal separation from God). And we have assurance of eternal life through his Son.

Here is Part 2: The transformation: 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Romans 12:2.
Hearing the gospel is exciting. The transformation is even more exciting. To be changed or transformed into the image or likeness of Christ is awesome.
In 2 Corinthians 5:17 NIV it says, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation is come: The old has gone, the new is here!”
In other words, the old you before Christ came into your life is gone. The new you after Christ has come into your life is here.
Another way to express the Bible verse. Is the old sin nature we had is gone and replaced with a new Christ-like nature. This is the meaning of the new creation or transformation.
In Romans 12:2 NIV it says, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is- his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
Romans 12:2 is saying the same thing. You must be changed or transformed in your mind. Meaning, having Godly thoughts, attitudes, motives, and Godly behavior.
Here is an example of the transformation of a dragonfly and it’s spiritual meaning.
A dragonfly goes from:

- Underwater nymph >
- Winged adult soaring in the light. This is the transformation. That final emergence- climbing out of the water, shedding the old shell and rising into a completely new form is the same spiritual truth expressed in John 3:16, 2 Corinthians 5:17, and Romans 12:2.
- It is about the inner person. Meaning, transforming or changing into a Christ-like person. That is the ultimate goal of every believer.
- This happens through a connection or relationship with God (Yahweh) or Jesus (Yahshua). Get ready for a connection.
